After a little over a year here, we are still genuinely impressed. The front office team is seriously the best (shoutout to Brea and Ginger!). The events they pull together are *chef's kiss* especially the April music event, food vendor days, and the movie nights. And we can’t forget the maintenance crew including Eric and Juan! Super cool and really good at what they do. And it really means a lot to us to be able to put faces to names consistently and feel like we know who is not just taking care of the property, but taking care of us. That does not go unnoticed for us and this applies to the front office staff as well. These are all the kind of things that make us actually happy to live somewhere. We're looking forward to staying even more involved this year. If you're on the fence about Inspire, consider this your sign. Come for the home, stay for the community!

We’re still very happy living here and just renewed for another year. 🙂 The community managers/front office staff are super cool and always easy to work with, and the maintenance team has been amazing as always. Service requests are handled promptly, and any time we’ve needed assistance, it’s been smooth and stress-free. We also love how much is being built up around the area. The new nearby spots make the location even better, and having places like 7Brew Coffee close by will be such a fun bonus as a coffee fanatic lol. I miss having 7Brew close by like it was when I lived more north! Overall, it continues to be a great place to call home.

Excellent experience, no complaints at all, especially with the new staff. My only suggestion would be to continue or take up initiatives that the administration held during the first year to try to bring the neighbours together.

I’ve lived here for over a year and just renewed for a 15-month lease, which says a lot. The neighborhood is always clean and well-kept, the front office is responsive, and maintenance handles even minor issues quickly. The homes are modern, neighbors are friendly, and there are great community events throughout the year. Plus, it’s zoned to good schools. Overall, a great place to live.

Living in this community has been an outstanding experience for our family. One of the things we appreciate most is the personal touch the front office team brings to everything they do. They’re always easy to reach, and it truly feels like they know and care about the us on an individual level. Any time we’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping. The maintenance team continues to be another major highlight! They’re consistently attentive, quick to respond, and incredibly thorough with any request. It gives us real peace of mind knowing that if something comes up, it will be taken care of promptly and professionally. Inspire Homes is a great place to call home! It’s the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and connection. The only things missing are a pickleball court and a shared community workspace - those additions would complete the experience.

Great office staff and great maintenance staff — both are always professional, friendly, and quick to help with any questions or concerns. The leasing team makes the move-in process smooth, and the maintenance crew responds promptly to requests and gets things done right the first time. I’ve enjoyed my entire first year here in practically every way. Maintenance responds promptly and issues get resolved faster than any other rental development I’ve lived in before. Honestly, living here continues to be such a great experience! The whole team just gets it. The community managers/front desk crew are super on top of things, easy to talk to, and always helpful whenever we have questions and concerns. They are literal gems! It’s clear they care and actually listen when stuff comes up. We also love how they make it a point to have different community-building activities available - not to mention, the food trucks! (Yes, that's our fave!) And shoutout to the maintenance team—they’re fast, efficient, and just overall great people. Every time we’ve needed something fixed, it’s been handled quickly and with zero stress. There’s a real sense of community here, and it makes such a difference. We’re really glad to call this place home.

Living here has been a decent experience. We had a few hiccups when we first moved in, and while the leasing office wasn’t able to resolve everything exactly the way we hoped, they did what they could to help and showed a willingness to work with us. Since settling in, we’ve really come to enjoy the community. The maintenance team is responsive and efficient, and the ladies in the leasing office have been consistently friendly, helpful, and hardworking—we truly appreciate their support.

I’m a few weeks late, but I’ve been here now about 6 weeks and I’m truly enjoying my new home, the community and property staff. This community is very lucky to have a staff that is super nice, responsive, professional and very personable. My move in experience was extremely easy from the my tour of the property, the application process and my move in day. I’ve submitted a maintenance request and within two hours my concern was addressed and those guys are also very professional. Again, I don’t regret my decision about this property and I hope the dynamic of the community remains the same and if so I will call this home for a while!! Thanks again Inspire team!!!
