I love that my yard and maintenance being taken care of! The amenities are amazing to spend time with my and my partner on our free time. The resident events are fun to attend also!

My experience has been great so far. My neighbors are friendly and welcoming, and the community amenities have been great for me to enjoy. I feel safe and comfortable in my new surroundings, and I am grateful for the opportunity to live in such a nice place.

I have been so busy and drained from work that I have not gotten around to typing this review. With that being said, from my tour, to move-in, to one single maintenance request, my experience has been AMAZING. I truly feel at peace when I come home every day. Every person on the team has been very kind and helpful. The neighborhood is so peaceful and friendly. I've been living here for almost 2 months now and watching the neighborhood fill up has honestly been a joy. I just love EVERYTHING about the community. Lol I did not get paid to write this either. These are my true feelings. I feel safe in this community which is a huge thing for me as well. Overall- 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND 🤩🫶🏽

We have an Excellent office Team, Brea, RaeLyn and Yolanda offers a Friendly environment whenever I coming in. Our neighborhood community is always clean and the Maintenance team handle any requests in a time, friendly and efficient manner.

Love this community!! The amenities are wonderful. Everyone is very sweet and helpful! I definitely recommend this place. We love having our own home with the same amenities as an apartment.
